For candidates

From first call to first German paycheck.

Average timeline: 10–16 weeks. Healthcare roles with credential recognition can extend to 24 weeks.

Free assessment (Week 0)

A 30-minute call to understand your background, goals and family situation. We give you an honest answer on whether Germany is the right fit — and which visa pathway applies.

Onboarding & document prep (Weeks 1–2)

CV translation, credential scanning, language test, profile photos. You meet your dedicated consultant and we map your full timeline.

Employer introductions (Weeks 2–6)

We shortlist roles from our employer network and coordinate interviews. We prep you, translate where needed, and negotiate offers on your behalf.

Contract & visa filing (Weeks 6–10)

Work contract signed. Our legal team files your visa or Blue Card application and books your consulate appointment.

Pre-departure (Weeks 10–14)

Housing secured, flights booked, bank account opened remotely, SIM card shipped, Anmeldung appointment pre-booked.

Arrival & first day (Weeks 14–16)

Airport pickup, welcome kit, keys to your apartment, first-day orientation with your new employer.

Integration (Months 1–6)

Monthly check-ins, language classes, cultural workshops, and a direct line to your consultant whenever you need it.

Sourcing & shortlist (Days 5–14)

We deliver 3–6 pre-vetted candidates with CVs, credentials, language levels, and relocation readiness scores.

Interviews & selection (Days 14–25)

We coordinate interviews, handle scheduling across time zones, and support your hiring managers with intercultural context.

Offer & visa kickoff (Days 25–35)

Offer signed. We take it from there — the candidate's visa, relocation and onboarding become our responsibility.
