About us

The New Way to Hire.A people-first bridge to the German labor market.

We believe relocating for work should be an opportunity, not an obstacle course. Since day one, Fachkraft Ausland has combined recruitment expertise, legal rigor, and genuine care to move people — and their careers — forward.

Our story

Built by people who've walked the path.

Our founding team is a mix of German HR leaders and international professionals who moved to Germany themselves. We saw friends with brilliant CVs stuck in bureaucratic loops — and German employers begging for exactly those skills on the other side.

So we built the agency we wished had existed: one that treats candidates as humans, handles the paperwork end-to-end, and gives employers the confidence to hire internationally without legal headaches.

Today, we place hundreds of professionals each year in healthcare, engineering, IT, skilled trades and hospitality — with a 98% visa success rate and a partner network spanning Germany's Mittelstand and DAX companies.
